Mr. Gu Haitao, President of China National Complete Plant Import & Export Corporation (Group), visited Bangladesh. The delegation paid official visits to State Minister of Power, Energy and Mineral Resource, Minister of Industries, Minister of Planning, Chairman and directors of BCIC and Chairman of Bangladesh Power Development Board respectively.

Besides, President Gu also visited the site of Shahjalal Fertilizer Project, inspected project implementation, and heard the debriefing delivered by site management team, subcontracting teams and project supervision unit. President Gu highly appreciated the project implementation in terms of quality, safety, progress and profits, expressed his gratitude to all the on-site personnel for their efforts, and spoke highly of the advanced construction process, scientific management, localized operation and human care presented during the project implementation. Mr. President expressed his hope that all on-site personnel make joint efforts to ensure SFP to be completed within schedule.
