On Dec 11, the BCIC Chemical Fertilizer Project Agreement has been signed by the Complant and Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (The BCIC ) in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh.
On behalf of the two companies respectively, Chairman Zou Baozhong and BCIC’s Chairman Golam Rabbani have signed the agreement on site. Chinese Emassodar to Bangladesh Zhang Xianyi, Minister of Bangladesh Industry Ministry Dilip Barua, Economic and Commercial Counselor in BangladeshWang Zijian and Vice general manager of the Complant Li Fengwei were present in the signing ceremony. Minister Barua and Ambassador Zhang Xianyi delivered speeches respectively, congratulating the agreement signing of Chemical Fertilizer Project and looking forward to the early completion of the project.
Lump Sum Fertilizer Factory is a Turn Key Fixed Price project. As the General Contractor of this project, the Complant is responsible for management, landing, soil investigation, design, purchasing, construction, installation, training, testing and performance evaluation. According to the contract, the Complant will build a fertilizer factory with 1,000 Metric Tons per Day Ammonia Production Capacity corresponding to 330,000 Metric Tons per Year, and 1,760 Metric Tons per Day of granulated Urea Production Capacity corresponding to 580,800 Metric Tons per Year. This Contract is to be completed within a period of 38 (thirty eight) months from Effective Date of the Contract.
The Agreement signing has developed a solid foundation of further bilateral economic and technical cooperation between our company and the BCIC.
