According to the EPC contract of the Ethiopian OMO3 sugar factory signed by COMPLANT and Ethiopian Sugar Company, COMPLANT undertaked relevant training work during project implementation. In December 2017, COMPLANT organized 40 people from the project owner to arrive in China to start training. During the training, COMPLANT gave thoughtful and meticulous care to the trainees, organized a variety of extracurricular life for the students, sucha as New Year's party, teacher-student friendship activities, so that the students fully felt the warmth and friendliness of the Chinese people, and formed deep friendship with COMPLANT.
